You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with website security, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders or attempt unauthorized access.

We aim to describe products, materials, sizes and features accurately. Images are illustrative, and screen settings may affect how colours appear.

Cruisescent sells support products, insoles, cushions and related comfort accessories. Product information on our website is general information and is not personalized medical advice.

Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website and at checkout. If a currency conversion feature is used, check the final checkout currency and amount before paying.
Applicable taxes are displayed or calculated at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion charges.
Promotions and bundle offers apply only under the conditions displayed with the offer.
Payments and Orders
Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize the payment of the total shown at checkout when placing your order.
An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.
We may decline orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure or unavailable stock. We will not retain payment for items we cancel and do not supply.
Pricing or Listing Errors
If we discover a material pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund.
We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping arrangements and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Statutory rights continue to apply.
Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Reviews and Submitted Content
Reviews and other submitted content must be honest, lawful and relevant. Do not post content that infringes another person’s rights or contains private information without permission.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display it and make necessary formatting changes in connection with our store. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
