Build a Scent Rotation for Your Car

After a few weeks with the same fragrance, you may stop noticing it. This is normal, and a simple scent rotation keeps your car feeling fresh.

Why rotate?

Our noses get used to familiar smells. Changing scents gives your senses a reset, and it lets you match the fragrance to the season or your mood.

A simple plan

  • Everyday scent: a balanced fragrance you love for the daily commute.
  • Seasonal scent: a fresh citrus in summer, a warm amber or wood in colder months.
  • Special scent: a richer or sweeter fragrance for weekend drives and trips.

How to switch

Replace the scent every few weeks, or when it fades. Let the cabin air out for a day between very different fragrances so they do not clash.

Building a small collection is also a nice way to explore what you really like.
